Jibin Chi, MBA, MBI, MD
Managing Director
Dr. Chi is an accomplished international commercial expert, scientific lecturer, medical doctor, and entrepreneur whose career spans over three decades across China, Japan, Australia, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the United States, and Sweden. With a unique integration of medical, scientific, and international business expertise, he has cultivated parallel yet interconnected strengths—leading the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies as a business executive while simultaneously advancing science as a recognized academic speaker.
His success, both in business and science, encompasses a broad spectrum of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, tissue engineering, wellness, and energy medicine.
As a recognized thought leader in translational medicine, Dr. Chi has developed a disruptive new theory on diabetes and brought forward a new unified disease development model. His work has been recognized by top scientists and clinicians; he has thus served as an invited scientific speaker at multiple international conferences. Moreover, he is a featured scientific lecturer, healing expert, and meditation instructor on the world’s biggest medical wellness cruise, “Holistic Holiday at Sea,” rated by National Geographic as one of the best luxury wellness holidays in the world. His scientific lecture and meditation workshop were accredited CME & CEU programs certified by the Medical University of Miami.
His contribution to the field of applied science in air, energy, breathing, and health has earned him the distinction of becoming the first recipient of the Art of Air Award in the category of science in 2018 and 2019.
Dr. Chi was honored with the prestigious Honorary Fellowship Award at the 15th World Congress in 2025, recognized as the most distinguished individual by the Association of DiabetesIndia.

Naomi de Noronha, mr. drs.
Deputy Managing Director
As a graduate from both Japanese and law, Naomi has been a huge asset to the organization owing to her extensive knowledge in legislation, linguistics, and culture. She qualified for the highest Japanese scholarship, Monbusho, and obtained her degree in Japanese classic literature with honors. She also served a Dutch city hall as its Japanese interpreter and was actively involved in cultural exchange with a sister city in Japan. During her study of law in the Netherlands, she worked as a pro bono legal advisor at the university and assistant to the dean of the law faculty.
In addition to her founding role at Channel Innomatrix BV, Naomi also worked as a policy maker and later on as a public prosecutor at prosecution services in the Netherlands.
